The following arrests were made recently by local police departments. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

• Beth Alyson Garvey, 45, 4 Blackhorse Lane, Burlington; operation under influence of alcohol, negligent operation of motor vehicle, marked lanes violation.

• Robert Morris, 69, 179 Belaire Drive, Fitchburg; operation under influence of alcohol (third offense).

• Alex Francisco-Lima, 19, 5 Warwick St., Lowell; unlicensed operation of motor vehicle, no inspection/sticker.

• Gino Oge, 19, 29 Saratoga St., Lowell; operation of motor vehicle with suspended/revoked license, marked lanes violation.

• Johan Mata, 21, 43 Chelmsford St., Chelmsford; warrant.

• Michael Maccaro, 47, 16 Friend St., Amesbury; warrant, operation of motor vehicle with suspended licensed, number plate violation, failure to signal.

• Ashley Clegg, 27, 395 Mammoth Road, Lowell; warrants (failure to appear for operation of motor vehicle with suspended license, and shoplifting).

• Andy Lee, 49, 95 Sanders Ave., Lowell; common utterers of counterfeit bills.

• Jules Ruggs, 35, 1177 Lawrence St., Lowell; warrant (unlicensed operation of motor vehicle).

• Joao Paulo Ferreira Olimpio, 29, 148 Willard St., Lowell; warrant (failure to appear for unlicensed operation of motor vehicle).

• Luis Cora, 42, 22 Hamblett Ave., Dracut; disorderly conduct.

• Shallal Alshammari, 38, 12 Cadogan Way, Nashua, N.H.; warrant (failure to appear for unlicensed operation of motor vehicle).

• Hugleisson Da Silva, 37, 33 Swift St., Lowell; assault and battery with dangerous weapon (knife).

• Andy Lee, 49, 95 Sanders Ave., Lowell; assault with dangerous weapon (box cutter), breaking and entering motor vehicle, larceny of property under $1,200.

• Sachchang Phal, 30, 74 Bellevue St., Lowell; warrants (failure to appear for larceny under $1,200, and larceny by check).

•Susan Bucchianeri, 38, homeless; warrant (failure to appear for larceny under $1,200), shoplifting.

• Carlos Ramos, 54, homeless; possession of Class B drug with intent to distribute.

• Dyniffer Dos Santos, 34, 848 Bridge St., Apt. 1, Lowell; warrant (failure to stop).

• Courtney Raboin, 27, 32 Prides Crossing Road, Dracut; warrants (attempted larceny, failure to appear for breaking and entering for misdemeanor).

• Michael Roche, 35, Phoenix Avenue, Lowell; failure to appear upon recognizance, warrant.

• Julio Alvarez, 31, Westford Hills Road, Westford; operation of motor vehicle with suspended license, no inspection/sticker.

• San Sin, 51, Bellvue St., Lowell; operation of motor vehicle with suspended license, no inspection/sticker, warrant.

• Luis Felix Acevedo Robles, 22, 139 E. Haverhill St., Apt. 1, Haverhill; operation of motor vehicle with suspended license, motor vehicle operator refused to identify self, marked lanes violation.
